What are your goals?
Ensure strong member representation, advocate for fair wages and working conditions, actively negotiate favorable contracts, maintain financial stability of the union, foster member engagement, promote diversity within the leadership and stay updated on relevant labor laws – all while prioritizing the overall well-being and interests of the union member
