When she became a single mom, Jaclyn knew she needed a job that allowed for a better work-life balance. Hilo High School offered the perfect opportunity, and she raised her young daughter while tapping into her passion for cooking and feeding others. For nearly a decade, Jaclyn has helped provide meals to thousands of students and hungry members of the community who benefit from their kupuna or family programs.
