HGEA offers free notary services for our members. A valid government issued photo ID, such as a Hawaii Drivers License or US Passport, is required.

We require two business days notice. Notary appointments are available Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., excluding holidays. Provide the following information when making appointment:

• Member Name
• Type of document to be notarized
• Number of signature required on the document
• Preferred date and time of appointment
